As you can see below, there is over 200 colours available. These are categorised in 6 main colours, yellow, grey, green ,blue, red and brown. These are then 25 different variant colours of the main colours. In each section, they range from darker to lighter. The colour code is on the bottom left of each swatch. This is really important when ordering the right colour choice. I always recommend having a look at a previous job, as colours can look different on different buildings, and when and where the sun touches the building. For example, a north facing flank will look a lot darker shade than a south facing wall. Other colours can be made up, this does occur a cost. Most people go for the off whites’ lighter shades, also light and dark greys have been extremely popular the last few years.

Mainly commercial building go for the stronger more prominent colours to stand out. Although, some seaside towns have been known to have some very colourful townhouses! Where as domestic clients have mainly the lighter shades, to go with their windows/ look and feel of the property. A popular look has been, either grey windows with a white render, or vice versa.

The silicone render colours get tinted at the local branch rather than being made up at source. This saves a lot of time. The turnaround for pre-coloured silicone render is around 3-4 days. Where as white is available off the shelf (same day).
